Reflexology is a natural, non-invasive complimentary therapy that enables the body to reach an homeostatic state by creating an equilibrium in the systems, organs and glands of the body. The systems, organs, glands and parts of the body are connected and represented in reflex points on the hands and feet. When pressure is applied to these points by the practitioner, a state of deep relaxation and well-being can be achieved and the body's healing processes are stimulated.

Reflexology is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose or cure illness or conditions but it can help stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms.

Reflexology can help with many everyday ailments such as constipation, premenstrual syndrome, headaches, stress, anxiety and many more.

Many people find that even after one session they feel more relaxed, they sleep better and feel more energised. It is however advisable to have a course of sessions, between four - six to truly benefit.
